4-H and FFA market animal exhibitors must register for the Premium Market Sale beginning May 1, 2026. At the time of entry, exhibitors must determine if they will participate in the Live Auction or the Online Add-On Sale. Exhibitors will need to select the market project that they would like represented in the sale.  Registration MUST be completed prior to June 15, 2026
Exhibitors that are participating in the online add-on sale will be required to upload their own photo. The photo must be taken during the week of fair in show attire and uploaded by Midnight on Thursday, July 30, 2026. Various locations will be available with backdrops
4-H and FFA exhibitors MUST complete a declaration form stating whether their project is going home or on the packer truck. This form must be completed and turned in at the sales office no later than 5 pm on Saturday, July 25.
NO DECLARATION CHANGES WILL BE PERMITTED once the form is turned in. Not fulfilling your declaration will forfeit your auction entry.
